What you'll build

Responsible for building and maintaining product features across their full lifecycle: from initial technical design to implementation, deployment and monitoring. You’ll work across the frontend and backend, and collaborate closely with founders to ship customer-facing features with real impact.

• Product features used daily by professionals. Built in React, TypeScript and Python

• A clean frontend UX: responsive, accessible, fast, and reactive to real-time data

• Backend APIs that are clean, consistent and performant using Django (django-ninja) and Pydantic

• A database model optimized for complex workflows, high-frequency queries and AI interfacing

• Observability of the features you own.

• Foundations for AI-native interfaces (RAG, agents, orchestration logic) woven into the product layer, not bolted on

You need

• Expertise in python web backend development (Django optional)

• Strong frontend engineering skills with React and TypeScript

• Deep knowledge of API design, data modeling and query optimization

• Understanding of monitoring, observability and debugging in production

• Familiarity with distributed systems and asynchronous data flows

• Experience building responsive, accessible UI

• Git proficiency and comfort in modern CI/CD pipelines
